Welcome!

Welcome to the Hagen Family blog! Times are crazy and exciting for Jeff, Ruby and myself. So we thought what better time to start blogging about our life but now? Work is always busy for Jeff and myself. (Nothing new here.) However, Jeff is also preparing for the State G.O.P Convention, the Minnesota High School League Ultimate tournament, and oh yeah, we are also closing on our new home in exactly one week.

Our current house is filled almost to the ceilings with boxes and rubbermaid containers. We are down to living with just the basics besides the one suitcase we are packing for our upcoming honeymoon. It is absolutely amazing how much two people can fit into one home. It is even more amazing how many of these items we can't seem to give up before the move. We are both extremely excited about our new house. It is exactly what we were looking for as we set out on the home search journey. Great home, great neighborhood - it fits us perfectly. Ruby doesn't know yet, but we even found a home with windows that overlook the driveway so she'll always know when we get home from work.

We hope that this blog will help keep our friends and family up to date on all of the craziness involved in moving into a new home and the projects we are going to take on. Stay tuned and we will try to add a new post once every week or two.
